Here are some examples of soft rolling:

Upper Body:

• Laying supine or on your back use the head to initiate the roll by placing it over the shoulder in the way you are rolling, the arm will then follow suit coming across the body reaching over as far as possible as to pull the rest of the body across.

• Eyes are on the moving hand to emphasize the pull across.

• The arm will then shoot back above the head pulling the body across over to a prone position.

• From the prone position the arm sweeps back over the body with the eye firmly fixed and following the moving hand.
